Take charge of your health 1 step at a time.

Triglycerides are a form of fat found in your blood and a major source of energy. What you eat or drink affects your level of triglycerides. Having a high level of triglycerides can cause health problems.

Triglycerides can build up on the walls of certain blood vessels and cause arteries to narrow. This raises your risk of stroke, hearth attack and heart disease. This booklet will help you learn about the importance of knowing your triglyceride level while giving you ideas on how to lower it if it is high.
