“What activities actually help your pain? Which activities actually worsen your pain? And which treatments, be it medication or exercise, actually help you get through your day better?”

“I would tell a newly diagnosed osteoarthritis patient to make sure that they have a health regime, a medical regime that they are adhering to, and to really take care of themselves, both physically and emotionally.”
