Before you begin a new exercise program, talk with your doctor or physical therapist. He or she can decide the kinds and level of activity that are right for you. Together you can create an exercise plan that meets your needs and fits your schedule.

No matter what activity you choose, start slowly and build up! You are at higher risk of hurting yourself if you do too much when you first start out.

Download the 1on1health® Exercise Log (PDF Format) to track your progress.
