“Well, my motivation to continue losing weight and keep the weight down...is that I actually feel good. I feel great about my body. I feel great inside my body. And, that inspires confidence in my social relations, too.”
Kate:
“I would say my motivation in losing weight is to get my health back, to be comfortable in my own body. To be able to do the things that I want to do, to play with my grandchildren, to dance. To just enjoy being in my body and be able to do what I would like to do.
“Looking better is an extra added bonus, but its not nearly as important as feeling better.”
