Have you ever left a doctor’s office and remembered something that you forgot to ask? Use the 1on1health® Before Your Next Appointment form (PDF Format) so you can remember everything you need to share with your doctor.

If you have high blood pressure, it’s important to follow your treatment plan. Regular medical checkups are an important part of managing high blood pressure. Keep your appointments with your doctor, even if you feel fine.

National guidelines recommend:

  • Seeing your doctor once a month when you first start taking medicine for high blood pressure.

  • Once your blood pressure is under control, you should see your doctor every three to six months.

  • If you have other health conditions or complications, or if you start a new medicine, you may need to go more often.

Prepare for your next medical appointment with the 1on1health® Before Your Next Appointment form (PDF Format).
