“I work really hard at staying centered and not letting little things get to me. And it’s really keeping my stress level down and making my life a more simple place to be has helped me manage herpes and not get breakouts.

“I maybe get one breakout a year—when I was really living a stressful life and worrying about my health all the time, I would get at least one a month.”
