“I think the one thing that I’ve done to minimize and control herpes and the outbreaks is to pay attention to how much sleep I’m getting; how much stress is happening in my life; and to just shake off little things, and to do yoga, and to exercise, and just to be kind of moderate in your life.

“It doesn’t mean you have to cut everything out, but just try to be moderate and it really minimizes the effects of herpes, if you manage your stress.”
