If you take care of someone with heart failure, you don’t have to feel alone. There are resources for you and your loved one. These include friends, family, support groups, and organizations.

Many national groups have information on heart failure. It ranges from facts about the condition to support for people who care for heart failure patients. Most national groups have Web sites, along with brochures and other materials.

You can also ask your doctor about local resources. There may be support groups or community services available through a local hospital or home healthcare agency.

See Heart Failure Resources for more information.
