Many men have erection difficulties that are related to medicines they take for other health problems. These may include medicines for:

  • High blood pressure

  • Heart disease

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

Don’t stop taking your medicine, even if you think it affects your erections. Instead, talk with your doctor. He or she may be able to prescribe a medicine to improve your erectile function.

Pharmacists are also good sources of information. They can tell you how medicines work together, and which ones may affect your erections.
