The Asthma Control Test™ can help you and your doctor see how your treatment plan is working, or if you might need a change. The test is for people 12 years of age and older.

How to take the test

Choose one answer for each question. A number will appear in the box to the right. This is your score for that question. You’ll see your total score and what it means after you answer all the questions and click the Submit button.

To clear your answers and start again, click Reset.
